The production process of Angle Steel mainly includes several steps, including raw material preparation, side material cutting, compression and anti loosening, forming, and heat treatment.
1. Raw material preparation: After sorting, quality inspection, and disinfection of raw materials with surface wetting agents and rust preventive oil, the raw materials are placed in a tempering furnace with a crane. After tempering and rust prevention treatment, they are taken out and placed in a receiving kiln,
2. Side material cutting: Cut the raw materials in the receiving kiln using a side material cutting machine to cut the side material of the required Angle Steel model. 3. Compress and prevent loosening. Place the side material into the anti loosening press and use pressure to compact the side material,
4. Forming, placing the anti loosening side material of the angle steel into a circular machine, and processing it into the required Angle Steel,
5. Heat treatment involves placing the processed Angle Steel into a heat treatment furnace for normalizing, tempering, quenching, etc. to ensure that it has the required strength and elasticity. Angle Steel can further improve its surface quality and performance through surface treatment processes such as shot peening and machining.
